We stand 100% behind the quality of all programs and support offered by Soul Leader.

We provide extensive free training by Melissa Sandon and our lead trainers to provide a real-time and transparent indication of teaching method, training content, philosophy and opinions of Soul Leader products and programs.

We expect you to make a thorough and aligned decision via our free information and detailed product sales pages before making any financial commitment.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Soul Leader programs are a personal commitment. When you purchase a program, with either a full-pay or payment plan option, you are committing to the energetic container and mutual exchange. This means that you are committing to continuing your growth and development over the duration of the program, regardless of the doubt, emotions and fears that arise along the way.

By purchasing this offering, you agree that there are absolutely no refunds or exchanges, particularly if you change your mind or your energy changes.

These programs invite women and leaders to work through their resistance and actualise their potential in soul alignment. Allowing yourself to stay committed to your aligned choices is what changes your life and creates true soul success. We are committed to your success and also agree to mentor you through your creative transformation process.

This program is delivered through the cultural context of disproportionate wealth and opportunities for women and marginalized individuals. We are a woman-led small business and instate our right to earn a viable livelihood for our services and be treated fairly. We are actively dismantling colonialism and capitalism in our services and ask that you honour the labour and work our business provides.

We take a stand for all women and marginalised leaders to be paid on time, paid well and for customers changes of mind to not impact their right to earn.

Our Economic Structural Inequity Policy

We recognise the structural social and economic inequities due to race, country instability, economic wealth, power imbalance, disability and marginalisation.

Many women and gender diverse leaders are rising up through significant challenges and lived experiences.

We offer social and economic scholarships for marginalised individuals because we desire to uplift voices and catalysts for change.

We also recognise purchasing power parity, especially women's access to wealth in different economies.

And, we seek to find a way where we can ensure that our mutual energetic exchange is overflowing and abundant, where you feel you can bring your whole energy to the program in exchange for your investment.

Payment policy

We ask that our clients honour their payments, including any upcoming instalment of a payment plan. Once you have purchased a payment plan, it is expected that you meet all payments until the financial agreement is complete, regardless of your active participation in the program.

There are no cancellations of payments or payment plans.

If for any reason you cannot meet an upcoming payment, you are required to reach out to Soul Medicine Academy (hello@soulmedicineacademy.com) at least 72 hours before payment is due to request a 7 day extension on your payment. We ask that you let us know in advance if you believe your payment won't be made on time, so we can make preparations in our small business to pay our staff and invoices.

We value you and your soul work and we ask that you respect our soul work too. We take a stand for creating a feminized economy of soul womxn creating their own wealth through their gifts. Sometimes we have to stand up and sell loud and proud to create new income and cashflow. And we do it with joy, knowing it is our right to earn for our gifts, so we can meet the contracts and investments we have made.

Clearing sovereign wealth patterns for woman is big. We get it and have been there. But meeting it with an open heart and willingness to step up will clear and energise whole new energy rich finances for you.

That's why we hold strong financial boundaries with the commitments our clients make. We ask our clients to respect our business and the services we provide.

If we don't hear from you in 3 days, we will be required to cancel our work together and remove you from all purchases and programs at the Soul Medicine Academy. We would like to avoid that and instead witness you rise into your wealth legacy.
